Where we ship
We ship worldwide. Our primary markets are the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and Germany. We accept orders from most countries globally.

Processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times
Delivery typically takes 5 to 20 business days depending on your location. These are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays or carrier delays outside our control.

Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email after dispatch. Use it to monitor your delivery from our warehouse to your door.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions or carrier disruptions. If your order has not arrived within 25 business days please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

Lost or missing orders
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it.
